Woo Hoo!
Cant quite believe it yet, but have just rung swansea, all decisions have been made and I have a place!!!! Yeay!!!

I couldn't have got in because they told me they hadn't received a decision yet and it should be on UCAS in the next few days. Obviuosly she just didn't want to tell me no over the phone. Sob!

I am pleased for you and only a teensy bit jealous.

Hey Kate, just saw this thread after my other posts today. Congratulations on your offer for Swansea!! Well done, how does that leave you with Cardiff? Obviously would be great to see you there in Sept but imagine you have some decisions to make now. Keep me posted! xx

I,m totally gobsmacked to be honest!
Never thought i'd get one place let alone two!
I've been cardiff cardiff cardiff for a while, but swansea would be easier for placements, so at the moment i'm 80% sure for cardiff??? Wish they hadnt given me an offer! Never thought i'd hear myself say that!!!

Well, having worked in admin I imagine they have been told not to lie to unsuccessful people. I guess it's not over til it's on UCAS but I'm not holding my breath.

Yes, I will go to Cardiff, I want this too badly to turn down an offer even though it's not my first choice.
