ok, so i had the interveiw today.....i don't think it went well, to start off with everyone seemed to write a longer essay than me ...then the discussion, every word out of my mouth made the interveiwers frown

i really tried, i mentioned all i had done to prepare, but i think i buggered up by saying sometimes you need support in form of management if someone is being aggressive...miff, they didnt seem impressed..

now it's the waiting game.

Oh honey, sorry to hear you had a rough time of it but I don't think anyone ever comes out of interviews being 100% positive. I bet you did better than you think!!

they said it would b within a month, urgh. Thanks for the comments, feel like having a good drink now

Go on girlie, have a drink! Clear your head a bit and try to chill tonight, a month feels like forever so please please please don't start analysing the interview as it'll drive you mental !! (Easier siad than done, I know!)

Good Luck Rachel. Bet you have done better than you think. With the essay i only wrote one and a half sides at my interview everyone else was writing over 2 pages but i got in like Kate says it about quality not quanity!

Rachel try not to worry to much about what others have done you have know control over that, i am sure they will be looking for quality over quantity, and I am sure you have done better than you think, i will keep everything crossed for ya chick. good luck!!
did they say how long you would have to wait for a desision?

they said it would be within a month- such a long time to wait, so hopefully it will be shorter than that, at least it's over now, i figure that's the hard part.
