yes i'd done a lot of reading and thinking about possible answers.
the questions werent very nice at all. i knew when i walked out of the interview that i hadnt got in and i was right. they ask a lot of "give an example of when u were in x situation and what did u do/how did u deal with it" similar to the Bio questionnaire but slightly different. have a good answer for why u want to be a midwife and brush up on the role of the midwife and the qualities needed to be a good midwife. good luck |

I agree, Not nice questions, they have a big book and they mark out questions which they want to ask you like ukcyberchick said 'Tell us about when ? happened to you how did it make you feel'.. They didnt ask me why i wanted to be a midwife even, the only question they asked that i had prepared for was what skills/qualities do i have.. I had prepared over 20 possible answers to questions that others at UWE had told me they had been asked, although it didnt help me much. The only thing i can say is dont panic and let your nerves do the talking, i wish i hadnt! Hope it goes okay if you havent already had it.. x
