Hellooo, well don't know what I was all worried about it was totally fine and they offered me a place on the course there and then, sooo happy, and even better is that 4 girls that finished the course last year applied for midwifery at various uni's and all got places, so that was even more encouraging to hear that and the lady who interviewed me said she would try getting in touch with one of the girls to see if she would come in and give some advice. So I was on a high all day!!!!!!! Can't wait to start college in september. Now how do I hand my notice in at work - think I should wait until I'm back a few weeks maybe?!?!

I wouldn't bother handing notice in til 2/3 weeks before the start of your college course.

Congrats on your place xx

Congratulations - you are on your way I hope you enjoy your course.
I agree with LittleNoo I wouldn't hand my notice in until you have to as per your contract. SJ x

Thank you, I really feel as tho I am on my way now - so excited and it's only college, can't imagine how amazing it'll feel if I actually got into uni! And think I will wait until the last minute possible until I hand in my notice. Can't wait
