For anyone else who's interested in joining here's a link to the local schemes, they are more common than people realise with several hundred throughout the country as well as on forces bases in Germany and Cyprus xx

I thnk it's a fantastic opportunity to see the social issues that you will see from a community midwifery point of view. So just as good as any hospital based midwifery experience.
