Default Open day at CCCU - canterbury or medway?

Hi

Just wondered if anyone is going to go for an open day at CCCU? And if so, which campus you're going to go to - Medway or Canterbury?

I know Medway has an open day this month, and Canterbury is next month.

Is it best to go to just one of them, if so which is best? or is it best to go to both?

I've got so many questions bouncing around my head to ask them - yet when i sit down to put them on paper so I don't forget then my mind goes blank - (probably thanks to my kids not giving me 5 minutes peace! lol!)

I would go to the open day at the campus you are applying too, tbh.

I went to the Canterbury one as Chatham is too far for me, if you are applying to go to both (so Feb and Sep intakes, then go to both open days, so you can see the facilites and meet different tutors and students)

I found it very informative and positive, and it gives you a good orientation for when returning for interview too. If you feel very stuck for somnenoe to go with you, hopefully someone from here can. I will if I am not working or in uni, when is it ?

Hi Sharon

As smwife has said, go to the one that you want to study at. I went to the Medway open day last year and it was really useful. Keep any info. they give you and write some notes while you are there (or as soon as you get home) - you will find them useful when preparing your personal statement and getting ready for interview.

Try and make a list of questions you want to ask (do it when the kids are in bed!). You will probably find that they cover many of your questions anyway and even more that you didn't realise you needed to know.

Also, just so you know, Chatham intake is September and Canterbury is February.

Good luck

Ani x

Thanks smwife. I've got a friend who is coming with me, but thank you very much for your offer. (medway is next wednesday I think & canterbury is sat 12th july I think)

I think I'd prefer to go to Canterbury - although it is just as easy to get to either. So I will probably go to both if I can.

Thanks again both of you
