5 choices?

Girls applying to Nottingham Uni - I think (correct me if I'm wrong!) there is less demand to be located at the further away satellite sites of Lincoln and Chesterfield. This could mean that you get a place more quickly if you are successful. I applied for Sept 2006 and got a place for March 2007, although my original offer was for September 2007!

The down side for being at Lincoln and Chesterfield seems to be the long commute when we have Inter-School study days in Nottingham. Helluva long trip!

There are more and more places now as a lot of the uni's have got 2 intakes a year!

Why doesn't anyone what to come to uwe?? sniff sniff!! Well I know someone might want to as there was over 900 aps last year - but no one on here!!

Also, though ladies - you need to remember that most have you have listed several that your applying to - so if 100 people apply to 5 uni's - that 500 applications - but only 100 places needed - if you see what I mean. As in - the number of applications a uni receives isn't really a true reflection of your competition as not everyone will want that place they've applied for - if they get an offer from a preffered uni...

Does that make any sence at all!?!?
