Default I have been put on the reserve list
I had my interview last month for Queen's university in Belfast for the 18 month midwifery course. I got a letter yesterday to say I have been put on the reserve list. Will try next year.

You could still get a place for this year. Why not ring and ask how big the list is and what number you are on the list.

am sure you must be gutted hun, but wanted to say as the others have said.....do not give up hope. We all know people who have got onto courses after being on the reserve list, so it is absolutely possible it will happen to you too.
And I also want to say congrats (!) for even getting as far as the interview, and making it to the reserves.....so many people dont even get that far!!!! So you have done really well, and don't be too hard on yourself

Jenev, how exciting to know you are one stage closer to your dream. I hope you you get in this year from the reserve list, but if not, you should be okay for next year. As the others have said, don't get too despondant - you have done well so far and this year is still a possibility.
