Yes. The Teesside interview went like this....

Meet in reception area of Centuria building. Hang around for 15 minutes. Then we had a power point presentation about the course, finances, placements etc. Then we were told which people were interviewed by which lecturer and put into those groups. In those groups we decided between ourselves who got which interview slot. I think we were being watched and marked on that!!! Didn't notice til we'd already decided. We went by who had the furthest to travel home. Then hanging around/lunch til we had our interview and then went home. My interview was second and running on time. The interview lasted about 25-30 minutes, fairly informal. Very much like friends chatting about a mutual interest. Managed to get a lot across and they asked a lot of questions.. can't remember exactly which. It was a fab day though, I enjoyed myself and am SO happy to be going there!

I parked on Woodlands.. er.. something... near the Woodlands residential area... just off Victoria Road. Most students should have finished now.

Hey, have just been looking through for some tips. I have an interview coming up for the 18 month midwifery course at Salford Uni. In the info pack they have requested quite a lot of information to be presented in my portfolio. Does any one have any experience of the interview at salford?? How in depth do they expect the portfolio to be?! Only got the letter offering me an interview today and it's in the middle of next week, so am starting to panic a bit. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks x

hi billie i have only been asked to take a birth certificate, qualification certificates such as nursing diploma and gcses, my nmc pin card and the letter saying which part of the register i am on and proof of a level two diploma in a research module. i am taking all of these and certificates from study days such as bls and diabetes care and morphine and Entonox administration certificates. i am not taking the reflection pieces out of my prep file as i think this will be a bit too much and they only have 30 mins for each interview so dont want to take too much. i think it should be ok if i take my certificates and hopefully put myself across well ! what stuff have you been asked to take x ps my interview is on mon so will be able to give you a few more tips after that xx
