Re: any1 applying to plymouth for 2009
Hi, I am thinking of applying to Plymouth in 2009!! I live in North Devon so Plymouth is the closest uni! What qualifications have you guys got??? I am currently a qualified accountant, and have 9 gcse's, two a/levels & two a/s levels but none in a health / science related subject!!?? I haven't contacted plymouth yet, but am going to phone within the next few days so ask their advice as to whether my qualifications would be sufficient???!! Its quite scary as I have never applied to uni before!!! xx

I'm definately going to apply to Plymouth as it is the closest university, offering the course, to my home town. I'm not all that worried about going further away but it would be nice to stay in Devon as I've never really left the area.

Hi yes i will be applying to Plymouth for sept 2009. Just started my access to health in Taunton. A little aprehensive as i understand it is extremely competitive. I was told approx 350 people apply and they have 45 places.!!! Be in nice to keep in touch with people in the same boat and offer each other support.
