Default Interview question

How do i answer, in interview, the question 'What subjects will you study?' ??

Do you geta list of modules to choose form or do you just learn stuff as you go along and choose what you want to look into or do you learn almost everything their is to know about midwifery?

I tried to look on the uni website but it just says things like 'in the first year you will focus on normal childbirth, 2nd year legal issues and the laws,3rd year complications?!?!?!?!?!

Thanks
xxxx

Default Re: Interview question

Sorry I can't help on that one, hopefully someone else can. What I will say is that I didn't get asked that question.. If I had, I would've prob answered, 'I read on the uni website that in year one... bla bla bla...

They don't expect you to know everything, they just want to see that you've researched the course at that particular uni and you know what you're letting youself in for!!

Ok, maybe I can help on that?! Hahaha...

Default Re: Interview question

well, we dont have a choice, so was never asked that question! I am thinking it is probably the same for most uni's as cohorts are quite small and we are taught what we need to know - there is no time for learning a bit of this, and a bit of that if you see what i mean!? We are taught 3 modules a semester and there are 2 semesters a year, which makes a total of 18 modules over 3 years covering a huge range of subjects.
