If I thought for one second that the Uk offered me what canada is offering me then I would stay. Yes the NHS is paying for my course but I may not even get a job at the end of all my hardwork. I will have to work here for a few years first anyway so the NHS will get back it's investment not to mention all the money I have paid in through NI contributions!

and it's not much different from dentists?! They are all getting NHS bursaries, training longer, taking more money - and up to 80% of NQ dentists go straight to private practice. Personally i think we should be obliged to do 2 years full or 3 years part -time for NHS throughout our career, not necessarily straight away so you can go abroad if you want to.

I don't want to stay, what is the point? The country is out of control, in tatters, immigration rates are unrealistically high for a small country like this to cope with, there will be no green belt left, and yet lots of boarded up houses, homeless and poverty remain, what a shame to look round and see the country I loved come to this, its so sad. I want to go to NZ, looks beautiful over there, we have a few MW's at our trust emmigrating in different directions at the mo, so I 'll keep in touch with them to see how the land lies, so-to-speak.

If I didn't have my family here, then I would go somewhere else, this country has nothing to offer anymore.

It is just rapidly going down the pan.

I want to go abroad one day not sure if when Im nq or when the kids are all grown up, I just know I dont want to grow old in this cold, dark, miserable country. Iv always liked the idea of MSF too, I remember when I was really little seeing a third world country on the news and telling my mum I was going to go there one day and take everyone a chippy tea! Think I must have only been about 5 or 6 at the time. I know it would be really worth while.
