Dory - I'll take the dog in exchange for 2 kittens who have discovered that curtains get them a better view of the snow!

Hi J ™, I am struggling to cope. I have to do two essays in the next few weeks. One is for health promotion any subject and the other is for my extended essay. I though about HRT but cannot really think of an academic title. I need to have an essay plan ready for after half term. Any hints or tips would be appreciated. I really need to pass this semester in order to qualify for my place as a conditional offer.

I did my health promotion on stress, it was really interesting, and there is loads of info available out there.
Not sure about the extended essay, others are probably in a better position to help, but good luck with it all xx

sounds good, what is your extended essay based on then? Is it anything you want it to be? Do you just have to pick a topic and run with a certain element of it?

Not really sure, I'm interested in all of them really but would need to choose an area where I can bring in two or more of the subjects that I am studying into the assignment. I'm studying psychology, sociology, biology and health studies. I think as soon as I've decided on what I'm going to base it on I'll be fine but I'm finding it really hard to decide what's best. I'm worried that I will choose something and then half way I'll run out of information to write about and then need to choose something else. xx

Anything to do with Health studies I want to be unique in my topic and pick something no other person is doing. Hrt seems the only topic no-one has picked yet.

Carla, breast feeding would fit well with all four subjects. I did an assignment on breastfeeding and found it really interesting and there is bags of good information out there - and it is topical as it will soon be national breast feeding week.

KS, I can't do breastfeeding because I have already done a project earlier this year on that so I need to think of something else. Thanx for the suggestion tho
