| Sorry BM, I have never of heard of it either. I would imagine that if you did a diagram like an archers target, you could start at the outside as being college and then moving in to Uni and junior jobs to the centre which is where you want to end up being - but that is only a personal view. KS x

| I did one in pre-access, though I made my own and it was ok. I based it on the pyramid stylee used by Maslow for his hierarchy of needs, as it seemed fitting, and put getting inot pre-access first, then access then uni etc the pinnacle being a band 6 community midwife Not sure about used ones and whether you need to use a common model? SO don't know about that, not much help am I ? sorry ![]()

| Sorry can't help, never had to do that on my access course, but the advice by smwife sounds really good, and also that of KS like an archery board, I like that, health models are based in a similar way to this x
