I had the chance to witness a lovely normal delivery this afternoon, the second stage was a bit longer than the others I have seen so far, and this gave me more of a chance to watch what was happening.

Today I had the pleasure of going through lots of documentation with my student, P.

I tell you, you need a university degree to understand it all.....!

I have had quite a difficult shift yesterday. had my second witness, in the morning, but when the baby was born she was rather flat, she needed a couple of rescue breaths, but then picked up quite well, by the time Mum was sorted the baby was ready to feed which was lovely to see.
