Just a little note, i have decided to wait until next year until my youngest daughter is at school b4 i embark on doing my access course.
As i work as a hca and also help at maternity i am learning bits and bobs as i go along, so that should be enough to get me through the year.(i hope)

Worked my second ever night shift last night, thought I'd better get some practice in! I work in a manic accident and emergency unit and last night was no exception, drunks and fights all the way through!
