Why can't I get rid of this cold???

I have been a baaaaaad board member today! I've come by to visit and catch up (love coming here to catch up), but have only skimmed the thread titles and haven't really even read much. I blame it on this head cold. I've got a headache so bad I have only been able to just sit and stare at the wall most of the day. I have smeared so much mentholatum all over trying to break the stuff up that I'm sure I'll be sweating that out for at least another week. Tissues, tea, nasal spray, nothing is hitting it. I might just bite the bullet and call my doctor....eek!

I did get into a little debate over the benefits of breastfeeding with this one woman and all was going along well until she told me that the breastfeeding rates are so low in the UK that she doesn't know one single child in her daughter's class (of 60 students) that has ever been breastfed and so she thought formula must be better. Now, I know this woman has GOT to be wrong, but I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of good UK sources on breastfeeding? I'm just so tired that I'm not making much sense as I talk to myself....
