24 hours!

Well it's been 24 hours since my last smoke! OMG! I am desperate! I stuck the patch on this morning, I wanted a fag, every time the stupid patch itches, I want a fag, every time I chew a piece of DISGUSTING gum, I want a fag!!!!!!!!! I haven't had a any but I did eat a big cream cake instead, I'll be the size of a house after a week!
