Hi,
My name's Steph. I am determined to apply for midwifery in september 2011 however it's getting in that i'm worried about.

I can get the qualifications (i'm going to do the access to health professions course at college) but the university entry tutors clearly state that applicants...

i would love to become a midwife but if im honest im really over sensitive and not sure if i can cope with still births would like to know how many on average a midwife would experience and how do you cope ??

I found out last Friday I passed the screening that I had at my interview and have got on to the Access to Midwifery course.

I'm so happy although I know this is the first of many hurdles one down tho and ready for the next one

Still nothing from the college, but Im terrified now as Ive been told of the killer 1.15min maths test! This is part of the interveiwing process apparently and you have to get at least 85% on this before you can even have an interveiw...

IM TERRIBLE AT MATHS!

im on my last stretch of the midwifery course and my final assignment is a reflective one. i have not done these in a while and really want to do well as my final piece of work. can anyone help...if i could look at some reflections just to get my brain cogs into motion that would be great .
