I'm so so so gutted.. Am trying to organise my elective atm.. Wanted to go to Dublin.. Have had contact with the hospital etc and they are organising there bits.. I've been looking for accomodation tonight.. The CHEAPEST self catering that I can find is £2833.80 theres NO WAY i'm gonna be able to afford that..
I don't know what to do now! I had my heart set on Dublin!

OMG Duel,

Why is it so expensive? That is ridiculous, I am sure you must be able to get something cheaper than that surely?

Had to completely change my plans for my elective after discovering Dublin was just to expensive...

I have just had a placement at a very low risk birthing unit in Montrose, Scotland confirmed that has a waterbirth rate of 80% .. Just a tad different to Dublin.. But I am so excited about going, and looking forward to it more now then when I was planning to go to Dublin..

Everything happens for a reason hey!?
