    Oh my gosh!! That was amazing.

    I thought it was a dramatisation (as I didn't read the blurb) until I saw the real birth. I would have been extremely impressed had a documentary made over 50 years ago produced something that realistic!!

    It was so interesting, all the equipment alternatives and the routines they employed. Not sure how I felt about all the 'sterile' dressings, wipings and eye-drops for the baby but in that context it fit very well; they were trying to do everything they could to reduce infection.

    What a fab, cultural treasure, and the joy of childbirth really rang through, even though it was designed to be a practical documentary.

    Loved it!!

    i am soooo glad somebody put this up. brought tears to my eyes. such a beautiful story :)
