    Hi and :welcome:

I don't think clearing places are available very often because the demand for places is so high that there are often reserve lists with people waiting if the first applicants offered decline their place.
I could be wrong though. I believe there are sometimes clearing places in nursing but I think they are rather scarce.
Good luck with your application though and enjoy browsing smnet, you'll learn loads and make some good friends :) xx

It closes for main (late) applications on 15th March, but you can still apply after that, you just can only do clearing.

Thanks for the welcome :) I've been stalking the site for a while now, finally made an account to post :p

I thought UCAS closes June 30th, anytime before that they send it to the Universities (although they most probably won't be considering me) but after then I will go straight into clearing? Either way, clearing it is! and to get into clearing I need to first get rejected. yay?

So no clearing success stories out there? :(
I'm applying to UWL and that was in clearing last year so I am remaining hopeful! :D

Thanks for the replies ladies, I love it here! xxxx

I know Worcester dont offer midwifery in clearing, probably because the course is so over subscribed as it is.
    Good luck xx

Hiya, welcome to the site :) Just thought I'd let you know that there may not be clearing spaces at UWL as the admissions woman at Brentford told everyone on the selection day that she's making a conscious effort not to go into clearing this year because of last year x
