I have deleted a number of threads recently where people were asking for articles they couldn't access.

I'm sorry if this seems harsh but due to copyright laws SMNET cannot facilitate these requests. Most university libraries offer a service for free or for a small charge where they will obtain a copy of any articles you require from journals they do not stock or have onine access to.

Also most hospital libraries have public access to view their books and journals. Otherwise you can buy articles at a reasonable cost via MIDIRS (I have used their service before and it's very good and reasonable)

You have to subscribe to be able to search for articles via MIDIRS and purchase individual articles. Have you asked in the library if they offer a service to retrieve particular articles?

Many articles can be obtained by gaining an ATHENS log in. Most hospital libraries should be able to organise this for you xxx
