    check this one out - miracle baby born twice - 24 week baby ,operated on then returned to womb, and born ten weeks later!

    I came accross this when researching into fetal medicine. It's called open fetal surgery and is currently only performed in the US as it does trigger early labour. Often preformed on spina bifida babies as the spine can be corrected then heals very well. Babies are born without scarring so we know that healing is very different in the womb.

    Awww isn't it sometime amazing what modern day medicine...WOW. Imagine being the first time doing that...it's one brave surgeon that takes the plunge to test the theory!

    Something similar was done in House. Anyone else watch it? I love it hugh laurie is strangely sexy in it! Never thought I'd say that when you imagine him on Jeeves and Wooster or Black Adder!!!
