    Thought I'd share - it is graphic though so if you have kids around and you don't let them watch birth videos (mine all do) I'd be careful

    Not sure how confident I'd feel about a breech birth in water - would be more comfortable on dry land (following the Mary Cronk hands off the breech all fours or standing method - if anyone gets to go on the 'Day at the breech' study day I'd recommend it it's fantastic)

    It does seem to be a long time when the body is out and 'hanging' there - the one vaginal breech I've seen that's how it felt, but in reality it's no longer than with the head out and the body waiting but seems to last forever

    I love the way the baby seems to be swimming in the water while the head has not been born yet. Lovely video.

    Lovely Video-loved the bit where the 3 little boys were round the pool sharing the happiness.
    Seemed like baby was hanging there for ages-I was holding my breath!
    Only hope I will be confident and competent enough one day to help facilitate such a lovely but seemingly quite risky birth.
    Long way off that yet-but things like this inspire me to follow that dream!

    Beautiful - thank you for posting. It is amazing the way the baby just hangs so still between contractions - no movement at all and then as soon as the next contraction starts the baby starts wriggling again! Truly beautiful xxx

    wow, how awesome. I must admit I was a bit peaked at one moment, when the baby was still between contractions, I worried it would suffocate then remembered the cord was attached. duh! student-midwife of the year here.... :D
    what a lovely birth - I shed a wee tear - goodness knows how I'll handle my first! I'll be in buckets! lol
