Wow, I had a section with my 2nd due to complications with the delivery with my 1st. This is the first time I have watched one and its kinda spooked me out lol!! My spinal did'nt work properly and once my daugher was delivered I stared feeling pain and got very upset so they gave me gas & air and then morphine. Very scary experince 1 I would not want to experince again so no more kids for me :( TBH those who claim C/S are easier obviously havent had one. Sorry for the essay :laughing:xx

OMG!!!!!! so many hands in her belly!!! Argh!

delivered both of my boys by c.s and didnt affect me as nearly badly as I thought it would.......but hard times. Not really a beautiful birth, but wonderful and facinating stuff never the less! (maybe I have a very romanticised image of birth????)lol x

Wow! Thank you for posting that, so much, I had no idea there were videos like this out there for us to watch before we start studying. I found it a bit harrowing to begin with; the worst part was the initial incision cutting through the layer of fat, so Memie I understand how you feel! It's hard to imagine yourself coping when you're there watching it happen, but when you've studied exactly what will happen and are prepared for it I'm sure it's more fascinating than scary. I have every faith you'll be great in theatre :D
