    I'm quite glad they are toning it down a bit for tv, to be honest, because having read the first book I couldn't actually finish it, and certainly wouldn't manage to read the next ones if it just gets more depressing.. but I am interested in the story without the most awful bits. I realise that is counterproductive from certain points of view but it works for me.

    but she wasn't fighting the urge to push, they told her to push and I thought she said 'but I don't want to' - plus back then they pushed IN left lateral, so why in the one bradycardia case do they use the least helpful position
