    Think the policy is if you have on child that's a daughter you can have another...or of you have no siblings yourself. It's not a standard one child policy over the whole of the country.

    Iolaus how can you tell a diabetes baby from a baby that's just big? Are they chubbier as opposed to big?

    They look different, hard to explain - the fat distribution is slightly different and they tend to be redder

    I think the policy for 1 child only applies in the big cities where there is overcrowding. It does not apply in rural China. Plus I remember reading that you can have more than one child if you want you just have to pay a huge fine to the government.
