City University 2012

A girl at my college applied beginning of December and got a rejection almost straight away so I'm hoping no news is good news......

Hopefully it is! I received my interview invite 2 weeks before the interview and I think their final selection day is on 16th March. Hopefully you'll hear some good news from them in the first week of March

I applied for City, Kings, LSBU and Greenwich on Valentines day (so, late!) just wondering if anyone has had experience with late application and if / when / what they heard back?

Got a letter from Greenwich and an email from LSBU both just letting me know that they are processing my application - nothing from City or Kings...

City is my first choice and definitely my most convenient in terms of location so I'd be mega disappointed if I were unsuccessful!

I am still waiting to hear from City,Kings and Kingston.They all have more applicants this year apparantly,I think April is the last date so there is still time. The waiting is nerve wracking though,I just want to hear something rather than nothing. Good luck.

City had their February intake start last week, which was one of the reasons people who applied in December and afterwards hadn't received responses. They said from this week onwards they would be able to get back to processing applications for September intake - so hopefully we will hear soon.
When I spoke to Kings they said they still have one selection day per month until the summer... by summer I assume they mean May..?! So maybe 2, perhaps 3 more selection days? I don't know really - it depends you get on the phone how helpful they are.

City have only one more selection day in March - from an answer that was given to me when I spoke to an interviewee xx

Hey guys! I've just received a U from City on Track due to my application not meeting academic requirements. I'm confused though: they ask for BBB or above and I got the equivalent of between AAA and AAB (French OIB) in the Scientific series with a specialisation in Biology (in which I got the equivalent of A*). I'm also currently a final year in Neuroscience at UCL :? I've tried calling them but they're closed...

I was offered an interview but I had to postpone it because I live in Singapore right now and things happened here. I've called them and they've said i've definitely got a spot for an interview in march but haven't got a date yet!
I was just wondering (for those who have had an interview) what should i expect? I know there's a group session and i obviously can't prepare for that but i was just curious about what was on the tests? Im so worried Im going to completely fail it!

Hello! Yes, I have an interview for the 16th March as well. Whoop. Also, the sample they give on the website shows the literacy test to be a multiple choice test... so is there no essay to write?!
