I'd definitely be interested in this too. My previous degree is in IT and we didn't do any essays for that so haven't written one since I was 17 and that was just school stuff with no referencing or anything like that!

    Hi

In my first year we had 8 modules.

Skills for professional learning - assignment: 2000 word essay

    Title
    A reflection on group dynamics.

Foundation for midwifery practice 3000 word essay
A 3000 word reflection on the importance of communication during the booking interview (there was a choice of things to choose from on this one)

And a 1500 word reflection on a choice of subjects.

    Semester 2

Person centred care 3000 word essay
    Title
Describe the factors that help or hinder person-centred care and interprofessional collaboration using experience from placement.

Nurturing the health of the newborn 3000 word essay
    Title
The student will identify an aspect of the care given to the healthy newborn and consider how the role of the midwife can facilitate and promote health in the early neonatal period.

Evidence based practice - 3000 word critique of a research article

1500 word reflection on the supervisor of midwives

Hope this helps! I agree with Trabonita regarding the ebay essays, i looked at one listing that said they had 60 assignments......? We get a max of 8 a year so that is 24 at the most so not sure where the other stuff is coming from!

Hope this helps anyway and good luck in your course x

I must say I'm pleased with the amount of essays or lack there of - I think I've done more than this in 3 months of access. Obviously not at the same level but it's certainly encouraging. xxx
