    This is a really useful page - great for those of us who aren't studying yet and want an overview of the CTG. It goes over the abbreviations, shows example traces for each characteristic and explains typical patterns, and covers complications and abnormal traces (plus possible causes) too. A really good guide for beginners!

    That is great! Gonna print it later to take on placement :D

    Just be aware though that some of the terms used are out of date, decelerations tend to be described as typical and atypical. I'm yet to find a guide or book with these terms used!
