    Hello, I am a newbie:-$

I am looking forward to getting to know some of you who alos are thinking of doing this! I did find a thread somewhere that suggested you can do the degree in Reading. Does anyone know? I am relocating from North Devon to High Wycombe, and would require the nearest Uni.

    Thanks Guys x

hiya hun, welcome to the forum :)

ooh, where abouts in north devon? i'm a born & bred ND girl :D

i think your closest uni's would be the london lot - uni of west london, hertfordshire, kingston, kings college & surrey - they are all under an hour with UWL being the closest at 25(ish) miles away? Xx

haha, ilfracombe :D although i moved up to the north east a couple of years ago so i'm a long way from home.

i'm still stuck in the applying stages - third year running! confidence issues lol.

no, you wont get notifications, but you will see a white arrow to the left of the thread title if you have commented on it & also, you can hover your cursor over the 'whats new' tab at the top & click on subscribed threads to bring up all of the threads you have commented on :)

all uni's work differently so i have no idea about UWL, but i know that some uni's do have campuses different to their main one where you can study, so maybe get in touch with the admissions team & enquire about it. Xx

I live close to Wycombe, and will be applying to Beds. Beds Uni covers that NHS trust, so hospital placements are (if you go for Bucks) Stoke Mandeville and the birth centre at Wycombe x

Yeah I was counting them both, I wasn't sure at the time if you had to apply to them both separately or not.
