i don't do ready meals hate the taste! I cook on my days of and do enough for lunch! So I can have anything from spag bol, sunday roast, rice and west indian curry or just salad!!!

I also bring in porridge in for my breakie its always too early to eat before I leave for work so i bring it and when i can grab a few minutes in the morning to eat that with fruit.

I have a food thermos so I used that to bring homemade soup in with me. Plenty of fruit too for snacking as there's always sweets, biccies and chocolate on the go! Mind you, I was a toast-fiend on my DS placement; toast for brekkie, toast on a break, toast for tea... Just thinking about it now that was soooooooo much bread, no wonder I felt so sluggish!
