Manchester Applicants 2012

I've entered the discover day like ashlee and mentioned it in my PS.
Yep MrsH, 2nd time for me - only applied for 1 last yr and never even made interview so am using all my choices so I can use extra if necessary! As for advice - errrrrm, try and take every day as it comes and keep the PMA going! if you unluckily get a U, try to take the positive and go again next year. I honestly felt like giving up last yr and sobbed for about 3 days after my U. Its just served to make me realise just how much I actually want this. I will get in if it kills me!

How have you mentioned the discovery day in your PS (not asking for what you wrote just the context) I haven't wrote it yet but I'm figuring that maybe I should Xx

I havent mentioned it in my ps, didnt feel the need as I didnt attend. But then I was reading a thread and thought maybe it would "look better" if I showed the unis that at least I made the effort to attend it. But now im struggling on how to put in in the application but making it known that I didnt attend??? If that makes sense???

Have you asked about it with your edge thing? I am going to do that too. Going on the applying course first but will then get it check so much more I want to add now! Xx

I put it under the 'research into the course' umbrella and mentioned what insight it gave me into the course - work and placement wise

Thats Nasus I thought I had done my PS but looked at it last night and am so not happy now with what I have wrote soooooo back to the drawing board! x
