Hi there hoping this will make it as a sticky.....having been spending the last few weeks with my head in journals and books I think Mnemonics are a FAB way of learning, I wont take the credit for this have come across them in many journals including Midirs (2010).

Please feel free to add your own to this I'll start with a couple from taken from Midirs:

SHIRT: a way to remember what APGAR represents:

    Skin colour: Blue/mixed/pink
    Heart rate: None/below 100/over 100
    Irraitablity: None/grimace/cry
    Respirations: None/weak;irregular/strong
    Tone: (muscle): None/some flexion/active

    FLAPPED:

    Fundal height
    Lie
    Attitude
    Position
    Presentation
    Engagement
    Denominator

Oh I love it! Thank you so much for sharing!!!! Especially flapped because when I'm mumbling to my tutor about what I think I'm palpating, I get confused as to what I had just said so end up saying something like flexed twice!! xx

    For PPH (quite basic)
    R Rub up contraction
O Oxytocics (various, follow line management)
    B Bladder (empty)
    I IV access
    N Notes

As I say, very basic but gives a main outline for PPH due to uterine atony.
