I joined Weight Watchers a month ago and although I've only lost a few pounds, I'm happy with that as I didn't gain half a stone in December like I did last year! I'm putting my first target as 3 stone by Easter and I really hope this is the year I do lose this weight.

After over a week off, I'm starting properly again on Monday, who's with me? o_Omiley-sport040:

I'm in! I really need to get back into exercise and am going to try really hard to fit it all in with the course.

I want to lose 25lb by July.

I am in! I will be calorie counting via weight loss resources website as I can't get to a group and this one is far cheaper than the big brands for online support... I'm aiming to lose 2 stone before summer :D

Potbella, have you tried the myfitnesspal website (or is the same thing?) I love it, but I don't really use it now as I like the WW one too. x

I haven't but used the one above before I was pregnant with the boys and found it really good... I'll check out the one you have said before I sign up though. Can't do the whole points thing... Prefer to count actual calories and fat content.

Hubby is like that and he loves myfitnesspal because you just put in what you've eaten and it does all the work for you, and it's FREE! :D
