Been so good all day but have now had two shortbread triangles and ate a small second helping of dinner. Naughty.

Good thanks, definitely feeling more motivated now this run is back on the agenda, and got my slow cooker today as well as ordering a large shop of veg, quorn sausage and apple casserole tomorrow num num.

Think I'll do level one for the rest of my strength days this week, and see how I feel about moving up then. A lot of the exercises are the same as Davina which I used to do all the time, so after I get over the initial "omg I haven't worked out for so long I can't walk after doing it yesterday" burn, I should be able to take it up a level. Jillian is a tough mistress.

She's tough but I trust her to get results! I'm feeling more positive today as I'm 2lbs down in the last 4 days! Back on track, lost the little blip which I'm now wondering if it was water retention due to bad eating habits?!

Could u post some of ur slow cooker recipes? I need to get mine out again but I'm lacking inspiration! Go team today!!! X

 we should make a slow cooker recipe thread, that way we can choose one every day or whenever we need one to avoid bad eating habits!

my legs are killing today after doing the shred for the second time, can see what people meant on the reviews about not being able to walk! i am feeling a teensy bit fitter though ;) dunno if thats just my imagination though :) definitely gonna keep it up, think im gonna do 10 days at level 1 (8 to go) and 10 days at level 2 then 10 days at level 3 if i feel comfortable doing so :)

GO TEAM GO!! (i always grin when i read/write that :D)

Got one last call to go to in a bit, so going to walk there rather than bike it so I can run home, then do the shred as soon as I get in. I think I'm out of my mind leaving myself only 24 days to train for a 10k
