Thanks guys, and yes it is a long wait, not quite sure why im starting march 2013 when i was interviewed dec 2011 lol...but i dont finish my access course til may. i was hoping for the sept intake, but i suppose its only 6 months later, and im just glad of the offer to be honest, northumbria was the only uni i could apply to because of my two kids. im presuming the sept intake was already full?? or maybe it was just the toss of a coin if i got the sept of the march. my eldest is starting college in sept so it will give me time to make sure he is settled in, and longer at home with the baby. im planning on learning an extra foreign language while im waiting, and ive got a sneaky feeling the time will fly by. at least ive got the peace of mind of knowing im in. my heart goes out to some of the people on my course who have been rejected, i know how desperate i was to get an offer. not sure how to fill in my student finance forms in, but to be fair ive only had a brief glance, plenty time. x

Congrats on the offer, they might still offer you september depending on numbers, if people have applied elsewhere they may not take the offer for your uni so they might have spaces come up on the september intake. Either way you have a place which is fantastic! Well done :) x
