    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if you have a recommendation for a general anatomy book? I already have Wyle's A&P for Maternity Care, but I think I'd like to go a step backwards to try to understand anatomy on a more general level. Considering the fact I haven't done Biology in about 7 years something which is accessible would be preferable :)

    Thanks x

Ross & Wilsons Anatomy & Physiology in Health & Illness is an excellent one for general human bio :)

Excellent, thank you :) My friend recommended Moore and Dalley's 'Clinically Oriented Anatomy' which scared the life out of me!

I borrowed the Ross and Wilson from the library loads during access!! The people in my cohort who hadn't done recent or any biology study have said they wished they'd done some before the course started, so I think it's an excellent idea to get a head start. We have done a lot of the body systems in our first 6 months of the course (and just had our exam today!)
