    That is so sad, I can see why it happened though as the guilt you feel when something goes wrong is horrendous, I do feel her colleagues let her down though, she needed support after that and reassurance that she was a good midwife (and dragged back into a labour room)

    I feel for this poor girls family. But you have to wonder when someone commits suicide, what underlying causes were there? Stress triggered this but i don't think it was the cause, i don't think fingers should be pointed. Still, so, so sad!
