    hey drangonsparks!
As soon as you submit your application on OUAC, Ryerson contacts you in a few days with your student number and access to your online application, so you can check your status and have access to their letters. If you're accepted in the end you will confirm through OUAC, i believe.
i have those same feelings too! scary!!!! i'm just putting the final edits on my letter....i've arranged for my transcripts to be sent in. the letter is the last part. eek!

    I'm in Toronto.

I sent all my stuff in on Monday so now all I do is... wait. Once you have access to the Ryerson Portal system you can see the progress of your application. Apparently they will let us know where we stand each step of the way. And I believe you accept through the Ryerson Portal system as well (*when* we're offered a space :>) I'm sure they'll let us know where to do what.

Good Luck everyone! I'm excited to see how all of this turns out.

I wonder how many people they are interviewing this year?

Does anyone know the interview process? Is it going to be the multidoor multiquestion? One question on each door and you go in to discuss it? I am nervous as heck waiting for an interview notice! (Speaking of notice, will they just e-mail us or??)

Who knows??? I'm so nervous that something isn't going to make it in on time... My high school transcripts haven't shown up on the Choose.Ryerson portal and its been a week already... Makes me nervous!!!

My post-secondary and supplementary application are in already though, so thats a relief...

I'd also be interested to know if anyone knows about the interview process at Ryerson...

i have 2 friends that got to the interview phase. they said that it was the multi-door type of process.... like speed interviews! anyway, they said that there is a question taped to each door, you have a minute to think of your answer and then about 8 minutes to give your answer once you get into the room. i've heard that its very long and intense! with all types of questions. ie - 'everyone on earth is going to die, but you can save 3 people, which three would you choose' or 'you are a documentary film maker, what do you choose to make your film about'. and of course the 'why do you want to be a midwife'.
i am so nervous too!!! mid to late march seems like a long time to wait to hear if you get an interview.
and dragonsparks - i'm sure they'll get all of your stuff in time. it does seem to take a while for them to update what they have received online.

    Hello,

    first time here:p,
I am facing a small problem, I applied to Nursing and Midwifery at Ryerson, but I have one copy only of my documents, it says in the website that I have to send the whole package of each application to same address, but the "Attn: Erika Danziger" in the Midwifery application is scary, I am afraid my papers won't be forwarded to right department.

    I wonder if I explained it well ? any help:-$ ?

    Thanks

i'm not sure....i have a feeling they would need two separate copies but i'm not sure. i would just call the applications office. i've called before to ask a few questions and they were very helpful. the number is on the 'contact us' page. also, could you contact your school and get them to send the documents directly to ryerson? it would probably get there in time if youre in ontario.
    good luck!
