    In the NHSP training that I was subjected to today they said 100 bpm. It might be like BP that varies from chart to chart.

    I would do all obs again, regardless of when they were last done. I'm particularly wanting to know about temp and mat pulse. Maybe get her to wee and do a urinalysis? She could be becoming ketotic. Encourage her to drink, maybe eat some light foods, nothing too heavy incase we head to theatre!!

    Study the liquour, see if is really mucousy (i.e. a show- I'm thinking shes fully?) or actual fresh bleeding. I think I would carry on auscultating every 5-10 mins for now, I'm worried about the rising baseline. If its still going up, pop on CTG, get a doc to review, they could do an FBS.

    I don't know how long its been since the last VE but I reckon she is fully so would like to confirm this as baby sounds like it's getting a bit tired now- explain this to Kat and partner but keep reassuring her that shes doing brilliantly!!

    Yeah, I was looking at FH patterns... is the parameters different or did I misinterpret what I was reading? Please correct me if I'm wrong, today has been a day of information overload!

    Thank you, so fetal tachycardia is over 160bpm and maternal tachycardia is over 100bpm, right?
