BOOO! I've just ordered Balliere's 11th edition from Amazon for £6.10 & thought I was getting a mega deal... if there's a new one that's why it's on sale.
Oh well, I'm sure a dictionary won't change the meaning of things in different editions.

    I hope! Lol xx

Hi, does anyone know of a site where future textbook releases are clearly shown?
I have looked on amazon but was wondering if there were anywhere else I should check. I dont want to buy textbooks now if a new verson is due later in the year.

    thanks xx

Anyone know if the 2009 midwifery essentials are the most up to date volumes? (antenatal volume 2, postnatal volume 4, labour volume 3) Are they planning to bring out updated versions? Is the basics book worth buying as well or is it covered in the other 3?
    Thank you

Is it likely that there will be more up-to-date versions of mayes/myles , oxford handbook and ballieres before 2013? I am applying this sept for (hopefully!!) a sept 13 place. I dont want to buy them all if there will then be a newer edition available by the time I start- how frequently do new editions come out of these type of books?
