    Hi there, hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas and a happy new year!

    Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong place and please feel free to move it to relevant area admin, but didn't quite know where to put it!

    For those of you that have itunes I subscribe to the medical matters podcast and have discovered a very interesting 3 parter. It's called the first 1000 days: A legacy of life, and is about how our diet and lifestyle affects the baby in the womb for the rest of its life, even when they appear normal in their early years. Just type it in in the itunes store and it should come up, really worth a listen and its free!
