Hi if anyone has any info at all on timetables - particularly first year, for Wolverhampton, Staffordshire or Keele I would be so grateful. Applying to all of these and trying to think through childcare etc. Any help appreciated. Thanks:)

Hey, Keele is changing their curriculum for next year so not sure how that will affect the timetable. At the moment we are doing 3 modules per term but that will be changing to one module a year. My current timetable is 6-7 weeks theory and then 6-7 weeks placement, a week reading week and then a few more weeks theory (per module). Then a couple of weeks A/L. Hope that helps

Thank you so much, that's great. Could I ask you what sort of hours you are in when on theory weeks i.e how many days in uni and how many private study. Are you usually 9-4 ish on a uni day. Also which hospitals does Keele use for placements. Thanks for your help sweet&sour :)

    Hey

Wolves is 5 days a week mon - fri 9-5 for the first semester and then turned to 4 days per week mon - thur with friday as a reading day. You have blocks of uni placement and then allocations of clinical placement and you have to work 37.5 hours pw on placement. Hope this helps
