    Right, well now UCAS is open for submission (YAYYYYY!!!!!), rather than clog up the forum with another thread, I just thought it would be better to rename this one - I also thought it would be nice to have it all in one place so we can look back on it WHEN we get our offers!!!

    So yes, this thread is for application talk in the lead up to the interviews etc. I can't WAIT to see all those interviews & offers start coming in!!!!


    If you haven't got them already get your SMNET E-Learning guides to help you with applying and interview skills, they helped me loads!

    Hello! Im very nervous as this will be my 3rd time applying :( but third time lucky they day!

    Im already looking as my personal statement and coming up with ideas on how to improve it!

    I am hopefully looking ot apply for DMU, BCU, Brighton, Keele and Wolves.. i think haha

    what about the rest of you??? xxx

    it's my 3rd time applying too kawaii, York, Teesside & Northumbria for me - so here's to lady luck being on both of our sides! I've completely rewritten my PS & i'm still jigging about with it as i refuse to settle for any less than 3/3 interviews this year!

    Ah yes! A countdown thread :D Is it really only like 16 weeks???? WOW! How time has flown already!

    I am very nervous! Didn't get an interview for this year's intake, so I'll be hard at work from now.

    I'm applying to Edinburgh Napier (my only choice!), and this will be my second time applying.

    I started volunteering on the postnatal ward at my local hospital last week, and am back in tomorrow :) I might be getting a few shifts on the labour ward too! I'm also going to college around August/September to do Higher Human Biology and English. And.....trying to find a part-time job too! So it's going to be a busy year! lol

    Hi everyone this s my 3rd time applying also. I will be applying to cumbria,york,teesside,and maybe uclan. I have just booked on Denise Tiran introduction to midwifery course which am hoping will give me thaty extra boost. I am also going to book on one of the smnets prepare for interview days x

    Hello ladies. This will be my 2nd time applying, but Im still hopeful for a late interview for this intake !! Hows that for PMA lol

    Oooo I remember this thread last year! It was where I vented my excitement everyday closer to ucas opening!!! Good luck everyone!! I got 4/4 interveiws so I would love to help in anyway I can! Just pm me :)

    I'll be applying to Coventry and possibly DMU, but haven't even been accepted on the access course yet!

    Think I'll start on my PS soon and need all the help and advice anyone can offer! :D
