    From the accurate/unbiased point of view, I would say that what he's written is accurate - it's well referenced and the sources appear to be peer-reviewed and trustworthy. However, it's certainly not unbiased because he hasn't discussed the benefits of ultrasound - or even acknowledged that there are any benefits!!
