Mine's chocolate...well sugar in general really. Chocolate, crisps, cake biscuits. Its going to be massively hard! Also, bread and pasta! I'm eating tons of it since I started my marathon training and its just making me feel bloated and horrid really. It will make me think twice about how I can get the carbs I need some other foods.

    So thats:

    • Chocolate
    • Biscuit
    • Crisps
    • Cake
    • Bread
    • Pasta
Mental? Yes it clearly is but I like setting myself big challenges. With a marathon and a wedding coming up and I hoping it will have some positive benefits.

However, I am keeping my beloved wine! Oh, I could not give up you!

Anyone else thought of anything they are going to try and go without for 40 days! Doesn't have to be food related, but thought it would be a fun post to start :)

I don't normally do lent, but I think I should, need to learn some self-control. I think I'll going with unhealthy snacks. Fruit, nuts allowed, chocolate, cake, biscuits not.

Not very original, but I need to stop eating it all!!

I'm going to give up procrastination. Going to be very hard as I am in fact very lazy but I'm going to get all my chores/work done before I plonk myself on the sofa!
