    Just thought of another thing to get,
    i stamp that says your name and then student midwife, as writing your name in notes hundreds of times a day gets a bit boring :)
    I have one as a msw and seen the students use them too !!

    Hi all , just wanted to join this thread ! I am also gonna sit down tonight and write a list!!! 28 weeks till I start, VERY excited!!
    I used my printer loads during my access course as I'm very dyslexic and need to have documents / assignment on paper for me to proof read so i can highlight ect!
    I went through loads of ink! However, I have found a number of local shops that refill Ink cartridges ! Which has probably saved me loads!
    Just a thought when u buy a new printer .... Can u refill the ink?? Xx
