    Ours is a Portfolio (ongoing achievement record) and we have one for clinical practice, one for clinical experiences, one for breastfeeding and a drugs and childbirth workbook.

    I never did get round to setting fire to it and launching it off beachy head....

    It did have an equally satisfying end .... courtesy of a shredder, a metal bucket, some BBQ lighters, and a few well aimed matches

    We have a PAD document which is different each year, a record of achievement which stays with us for the 3 years and then we have to produce a portfolio to demonstrate professional development.

    Oh and this year we have a mental health workbook and a non-midwifery workbook too. TOO MANY BOOKS!!!!
